Transformation of 1,500m2 of retail space into a clinical learning environment for the Health Sciences University’s oral health programme, creating treatment facilities where students deliver real patient care in a live healthcare setting. The key challenge was converting shopping centre space into fully compliant clinical facilities requiring specialist healthcare infrastructure integration.
