Delivery of 750 student apartments and 55 affordable homes across three residential blocks in Nine Elms, designed to harmonise contemporary student living with the need for affordable housing. Of the affordable homes, 27 units are Social Rent (London Affordable Rent) and 28 are Intermediate (London Living Rent), with target delivery for academic year 2028/29.
